Merge abstractions: pipewire rt conf

Pipewire also uses the client-rt.conf file, add this to the audio abstraction.

See pipewire source: https://github.com/PipeWire/pipewire/blob/master/src/daemon/client-rt.conf.in

Hit this during normal usage of Firefox.
