Merge branch 'cboltz-gitignore' into 'master'

.gitignore profiles/apparmor.d/local/* except README

The old patter . doesn't match lsb_release and nvidia_modprobe, and
the only file we ship in local is a README. This patch adjusts the
pattern to ignore everything except README.
