John Johansen 3d54324db0 parser: allow specifying --warn=no-XXX to turn off warnings 
Some warning flags are enabled by default, allow a warning to
be disbaled by specifying no- infront of the warning.

  Eg.
    --warn=no-deprecated

The apparmor_parser allows you to add, replace, and remove AppArmor
policy through the use of command line options. The default is to add.
`apparmor_parser --help` shows what the command line options are.
