81e9aebe1d Change for ticket 229. During normal operation, process termination and resurrection messages are now output 
regardless of the state of the verbose flag.

8b6addc06e NameserverEntry provides NameserverAddress 
And the NameserverAddress is made safe with regard to changing indices
inside the NameserverEntry.

350b9df170 First part of sync with #356 
It compiles, but 2 tests are commented out because of API changes, the tests do not run
and there are many places where the code must be examined (locking, code removed from constructor,
differently stored addresses).

8f62d19291 NameserverEntry does not forget RTT on update 
The RTT values of previous addresses are kept and reused, if the same
addresses arrive.
