nFlags parameter to Window::Hide appears effectively unused

...there was a handful of Hide(true) calls, which would happen to actually mean

  Show(false, SHOW_NOPARENTUPDATE)

but I assume those were typos rather than genuine requests for
SHOW_NOPARENTUPDATE.
