There's a mismash of absolute and relative URLs, but these will be resolved by the move to Sphinx. In addition, the URLs pointing to the test scripts are removed as they will break when we move to Sphinx. This is because they won't be published with the Sphinx docs, ruling out relative links, and OVS evolves too fast to rely on non-breaking links to GitHub.
